Playing a vital role at Syncotts, Sanjay Minotra, a former national tennis player, comes with over 15 years experience in the sport infrastructure sector and fieldwork for more than 2000 sports surfaces.After completion of his MBA, sanjay co-founded Syncots along with his father Late Shri Shyam Minotra.Dedicated to deliver the best, Sanjay has personally overseen the execution of the first few hundred courts across India. He plunged into the challenging world of sport infrastructure, with a passion to bring in world class sporting surfaces in india through Syncotts.

A proessional tennis player of both national and international repute, Rishi Sridhar currently spearheads the company to bring in the best in class sports surfacing technology to India. A former national tennis champion, Rishi has also represented India in the World Youth Cup at Jakarta. In line with his passion for sports,Rishi joined the Syncotts family to elevate the Indian sports infrastructure standards to international quality
